If you're looking for any new job within the estate agency industry, then you've come to the right place!

Every day, we are contacted by companies who instruct us to help them find staff. We receive vacancies at all levels within the industry including Sales and Lettings Negotiators, Managers, Secretaries, Financial Advisers, Trainees, Area Managers, as well as whole host of others. Our clients include most of the best known and successful corporate and independent estate agencies throughout London and the Southeast of England.

Whatever job you're looking for, there's a pretty good chance that we can find something suitable for you.

Great, but surely this has to cost me something?

Nope, not a thing! Our clients are charged a pre-agreed professional fee for finding them staff, so our service is completely free for anyone looking for a job.

So I just ring up or email you and you find me a job?

Basically, yes. We find out the information that we need to know about you and then set about matching your requirements against the companies and vacancies that have registered with us. Once we have identified suitable positions we will contact you and go through them with you. Once you give us the go ahead, we will contact the various companies and try and arrange an interview for you, based on the information we have gathered.

Once an interview has been agreed, we will give you all the relevant details like who you're seeing, what time, where, background on the company, etc and, where necessary, even prepare you for the interview (unfortunately, we can't actually attend the interview for you. Sorry!).

It all sounds a bit too easy?

Don't get carried away!  Whilst we have done our best to make our service as simple and straightforward as possible for you, you still have to attend the interview and get the job yourself. However, we have a tremendous success rate and are able to place probably about 90% of people registering with us.

What do companies look for?

Well it's horses for courses, and whilst each company is different, there are some common requirements that we hear all the time. "I want somebody who is smart and confident with good communication skills and loads of enthusiasm" is fairly typical of the requirements we hear. What if I don’t have any experience?

That's not a problem. We place lots of people into Trainee Sales or Lettings positions. Clients are generally happy to train staff, but prefer people who have had a sales background. If you do not have estate agency or Lettings experience and want to enter the industry, then we would suggest you read our TRAINEE section before taking your search any further.

OK. I’d like you to help me find a job! What do I have to do?

Well, the easiest thing is to pick up the phone and ask to register with us. We'll do the rest. Alternatively, you can email us a note along with your CV, or you can simply use our online REGISTRATION FORM.
